ERP Data & Automation Specialist

For our IT Team in Marine Tours, we are looking for an analytical, hands-on, and solution-oriented professional to help ensure reliable ERP data flows, reporting accuracy, and business process automation.

Your Role

As part of a highly motivated team, your role will be to support and optimize ERP-related data flows, reporting, and automation processes across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, and you will combine technical expertise with business understanding to help transform business information into reliable insights and streamlined operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL stored procedures and data processes


• Design and implement automations for file ingestion (Excel / CSV to SQL), scheduled jobs, and validation processes


• Build and enhance data workflows and automation processes, helping transition manual workflows into more scalable and efficient solutions


• Maintain and develop operational and business reports (SSRS and reporting tools) based on business requirements


• Support ad-hoc reporting and advanced SQL analysis requests


• Support the ongoing operation and optimization of ERP reporting and data processes


• Investigate and resolve end-to-end data quality and reporting issues


• Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to support reporting accuracy and operational needs


• Introduce and support automation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate and similar workflow technologies


• Create and maintain technical documentation and process guidelines


• Promote best practices in data quality, reporting, and automation

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent


• Proven experience in SQL development, reporting, or ERP-related data environments


• Strong knowledge of SQL (joins, debugging, performance optimization, stored procedures)


• Experience with reporting tools (SSRS or similar) and building business reports


• Ability to write and analyze complex ad-hoc queries and troubleshoot data issues


• Understanding of automation concepts, workflows, triggers, and scheduling


• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail


• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience with ETL concepts and data pipelines


• Python knowledge


• API integrations experience


• Experience with Power Automate / Logic Apps


• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or cloud-based orchestration tools
