About This Role

As a Field Support Specialist, in the sales department your role will be a key contributor to improve the position of our clients in the market by developing, retaining and managing a portfolio of businesses which act as agents in providing Ria´s services. The main goal is to ensure that our clients acquire a competitive position in the market by optimizing our image and presence. This person will be solving day to day issues and helping them use Ria´s platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Actively and successfully manage the set-up and training process of our clients.
• Retrain and revisit existing clients.
• Provide solutions where challenging matters arise.
• Rebrand existing agents according to our Marketing standards.
• Develop strong relationships with our agents to ensure long-term loyalty to the Company.
• Prepare and organize a weekly plan to meet targets.
• Office presence would be required at the line manager's request.
• All trips are to be coordinated and approved by the Line Manager.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proficiency on English and Greek languageProficiency on another language (French, Tagalog, Albanian, Bulgarian, Arabic).
• Preferably, a good experience in the money transfer industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Great organizational skills.
• You need personal autonomy.
