Commercial Analyst

This role will analyze commercial performance data and KPIs to deliver accurate reporting, forecasting and insights that support sales decision‑making and operational planning.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analysis, reports and dashboards related to the company’s commercial performance


• Monitor and analyze sales, stock levels, promotions, target achievement, performance indicators and key KPIs


• Support operational and strategic planning through accurate, timely and well-structured reporting


• Contribute to sales forecasting, estimation and purchase planning


• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting tools, files, models and templates that support the daily work of the sales team


• Work with commercial software, ERP systems and internal databases to validate, process and structure data


• Ensure a high level of accuracy, consistency and reliability across commercial data and reporting


• Identify trends, deviations and improvement opportunities through detailed analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Analytics, Finance or other related field


• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in similar role preferrably in FMCG (food or beverages)


• Advanced MS Excel skills


• Very strong command of Power Pivot and Power Query


• Greek – Professional working


• English at least B2
