We are looking for a Functional Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector, specializing in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Analyze and optimize business processes using BPMN and other process modeling techniques.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of banking and lending automation solutions.
• Perform data analysis to identify business needs, process improvements, and system requirements.
• Ensure requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and aligned with business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) systems, preferably with lending automation platforms.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN and business process modeling tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• University Degree or equivalent qualification.
