We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Project Manager to join a large-scale European technology program and help coordinate the delivery of software maintenance and enhancement services across multiple teams.

This role combines project coordination, stakeholder management, delivery oversight, and team leadership within an established software development environment. We are open to candidates coming from Project Management, Delivery Management, or Scrum Master backgrounds, provided they have experience coordinating software delivery teams and driving successful outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate the delivery of software enhancement, maintenance, and support activities across one or more development teams.

• Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

• Ensure delivery commitments are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

• Support planning activities, sprint execution, workload prioritization, and resource coordination.

• Track and report project status, risks, issues, and key performance indicators.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and team operations.

• Assist in managing incidents, service requests, and operational activities when required.

• Promote Agile delivery practices and support teams in achieving their objectives.

Role Scope

Role 1:

• Delivery management of a software team consisting of approximately 8 members.

• Oversight of evolutive and corrective maintenance activities.

Role 2:

• Shared delivery oversight across two software teams.

• Coordination of delivery activities, priorities, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.

• Experience working within software development environments.

• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery frameworks.

• Understanding of Service Management concepts such as Incident Management and Change Management.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.

• Professional level of English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on large-scale public sector or European projects.

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AgilePM, or equivalent.

• Previous experience managing software maintenance and support contracts.

• Technical background or prior hands-on experience in software development.
