Specification & Technical Project Manager

Technogips Pro is a leading provider of innovative Dry Construction Systems, dedicated to shaping the future of the built environment. We are currently looking for a results-driven Specification & Technical Project Manager to join our team.

In this strategic role, you will act as the technical bridge between our company and the architectural/construction community. Your goal is to ensure our systems are the first choice for designers and developers by providing expert technical guidance and securing "spec-in" status in major project tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Networking: Identify and engage with Architectural firms, Technical companies, and Project Specification consultants.


• Construction Companies Networking : Identify and engage with construction companies and engage with medium and large scale projects.


• Strategic Specification: Deliver technical presentations to influence project designs and secure the inclusion of our products in official project specifications.


• Technical Advisory: Provide expert solutions for complex technical challenges related to dry construction.


• Project Oversight: Identify and monitor large-scale construction projects from design to execution, ensuring technical compliance.


• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and building regulations to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Academic Background: University Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.


• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in specification management, technical sales, or project management within the building materials sector.


• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of dry construction systems and proficiency in AutoCAD.


• Communication: Excellent command of both Greek and English.


• Soft Skills: Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.


• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for the position needs.
