You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and solutions to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Rotational shifts, full-time position)
You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and solutions to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
️ Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide information about products, services, and order status
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service
- Fluent in Croatian (C1 or above)
- Good level of English (for internal communication)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Comfortable using computers and basic software tools
- Must be legally eligible to work in Greece and reside there
