Work Schedule: 09:00 - 21:00, Mon-Sun

Salary: €1045.72€ gross/month

Bonus: Up to €300 monthly performance bonus

Relocation Support (two options):

All expenses covered – flight, hotel stay, and real estate agency fee

€250 relocation allowance + real estate agency fee (for those relocating independently)

Your Role

As a Customer Care & Technical Support Advisor, you will deliver premium customer experiences via:

Inbound calls

Chat

Email

You'll guide customers through technical and account-related topics while representing a world-class brand known for excellence.

ID (forgotten password, password reset)

Battery life & performance

Mail issues

Misrouted calls

Italian Contact Drivers

Battery performance optimization

Account access & credential recovery

Locked devices & regaining access

Hardware service arrangements

Device updates

Data saving & migration

App support

Audio & network troubleshooting

Account & billing issues related to digital stores (apps, movies, music)

Working Hours & Schedule

Operating Hours: 09:00 – 21:00

Schedule: Monday to Friday and weekends (rotational shifts)

Training & Nesting

Training Duration: 14 days (fully paid, remote)

Nesting Period: 1 week

Full call volume with enhanced guidance

Internal assessment at the end

Clear validation milestones and real promotion opportunities

Skills & Competencies

Mandatory:

Italian C1 & English B2

Significantly advanced PC knowledge

MS Office proficiency

Typing & Assessment Requirements:

AC: 20 WPM & Typing Proficiency 29% (Harver)

CSS: 20 WPM & 80% accuracy

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with macOS & iOS

For Chat Support (CSS) roles:

Strongly advanced written communication skills

Αfter the completion of 12 Months of cooperation with us, starting from your hiring date, a salary increase of 1100.00€ (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
