Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.


• Create engaging and creative content (posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns).


• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.


• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to enhance the dealership's digital presence.


• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and product launches.


• Assist with content creation, photography, video production, and copywriting.


• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.


• Collaborate with sales and management teams to support business objectives.


• Maintain consistency with Jaguar and Land Rover brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.


• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.


• Active, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.


• Ability to create compelling content and tell engaging brand stories.


• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) will be considered an advantage.


• Familiarity with social media analytics and digital advertising platforms is desirable.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Degree or studies in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is an advantage but not required.


• Passion for the automotive industry and luxury brands will be highly valued.
