Become a Business Advisor at Vodafone!
As a Business Advisor you will play a key role in expanding the SOHO (Small Office / Home Office) customer base, through identifying business needs, delivering innovative solutions, and fostering customer trust.*
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SOHO clients through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Understand customer requirements and propose customized communication and digital solutions
- Prepare and present commercial offers aligned with client needs and Vodafone's product portfolio
- Guide customers through Vodafone's digital ecosystem, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support
Who you are
- Passionate about technology, communication and customer support
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and goal-driven attitude
- Curious and eager to learn about new technologies
- Focused on understanding customer needs
- Driving License
- Previous experience in retail, B2B or SOHO is a plus - but not required!
