Πλήρης απασχόλησηOn a daily basis, you will be responsible for prospecting, account management, establishing new partnerships, and direct sales to drive company growth and international presence.
Identify and prospect new potential clients to expand the business portfolio.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements in line with company objectives.
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track client interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives and promote our products/services.
Manage business development projects, ensuring rigorous follow-up and execution.
Maintain excellent relationship management to foster loyalty within the existing client base.
Zone: Eastern Europe. This role suppose 60% of business trip.
You are the perfect fit for this role if:
You have significant experience in business development, sales, or negotiation, specifically in an international B2B environment working with distributors.
You are proficient in Salesforce and other CRM software.
You have proven skills in project management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
You are fluent in Greek and English.
You are proactive in developing marketing strategies tailored to specific market needs.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills, are a great listener, and highly adaptable.
You are a true team player.
