On a daily basis, you will be responsible for prospecting, account management, establishing new partnerships, and direct sales to drive company growth and international presence.




  • Identify and prospect new potential clients to expand the business portfolio.




  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies.




  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements in line with company objectives.




  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track client interactions and manage the sales pipeline.




  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives and promote our products/services.




  • Manage business development projects, ensuring rigorous follow-up and execution.




  • Maintain excellent relationship management to foster loyalty within the existing client base.




Zone: Eastern Europe. This role suppose 60% of business trip.


You are the perfect fit for this role if:




  • You have significant experience in business development, sales, or negotiation, specifically in an international B2B environment working with distributors.




  • You are proficient in Salesforce and other CRM software.




  • You have proven skills in project management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).




  • You are fluent in Greek and English.




  • You are proactive in developing marketing strategies tailored to specific market needs.




  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, are a great listener, and highly adaptable.




  • You are a true team player.
