The Role

We are looking for an EAM (Enterprise Asset Management )Consultant to join our growing team and contribute to digital transformation initiatives across asset-intensive organizations. The role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes related to asset lifecycle management, maintenance operations, field services, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative EAM and CMMS solutions that support operational excellence and long-term business value.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business transformation and digitalization projects focused on Asset Management and Maintenance Operations.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and end users.
• Design, optimize, and support business processes related to:
• Asset and Equipment Management
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
• Work Order Management
• Field Service Operations
• Inventory and Spare Parts Management
• Resource Planning and Utilization
• Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into system solutions.
• Produce business and functional documentation, process flows, and solution specifications.
• Support testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Provide consulting services and industry best practices related to Asset Management and Maintenance Management.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management.
• Familiarity with Asset Management standards and best practices.
• Experience in Utilities, Energy, Telecommunications, Transportation, or Industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
