Cultivation Supervisor - Agronomist

The role involves the daily supervision of greenhouse cultivation activities, coordination of the cultivation team, monitoring of plant health, and support of production targets in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise daily greenhouse activities


• Coordinate and guide cultivation growers


• Monitor plant health and crop development


• Support pruning, transplanting, cleaning, sanitation, and harvest preparation


• Report issues related to plants, climate, irrigation, pests, or equipment


• Ensure proper completion of daily records and checklists

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in greenhouse cultivation


• Experience in cannabis cultivation will be considered an advantage


• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team


• Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented approach


• Knowledge of hydroponics, fertigation, IPM, climate-controlled cultivation


• Computer skills


• Good knowledge of the English language
