Main Responsibilities



  • Prepare quotations and offers based on customer inquiries

  • Handle spare parts orders, including order acknowledgment, customer and supplier communications, and order deliveries

  • Monitor and coordinate logistics and customs issues regarding spare parts orders deliveries

  • Ensure that spare part opportunities are followed up before quote expiry

  • Maintain good working relations with all stakeholders, including customers and suppliers

  • Coordination and cooperation with other departments



Skills and Qualifications




  • Fluency in English (verbal/written)

  • Previous experience in spare parts supplying and forwarding will be considered as a plus

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office

  • Computer literacy
