Analyst

Advisory firm based in Athens providing corporate finance and investment banking services to shipping companies is seeking to hire an Analyst.

The firm's core services include structuring equity offerings, placement of debt securities, and corporate advisory assignments. Its lean structure provides the opportunity to gain significant hands-on transaction experience and direct exposure to senior professionals and clients.

The work is fast-paced, demanding, and intellectually stimulating. The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and work both independently and as part of a team are essential qualities for a successful candidate.

Only candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory will be considered. A strong academic background, excellent knowledge of accounting and finance, and a keen interest in capital markets and/or shipping are required. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Progress toward the CFA designation, including successful completion of at least CFA Level I, will be considered an asset.
