We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities for alfa and Healthy Habits. This is a hands-on and varied role, combining brand support, samples and tasting coordination, content assistance, and marketing administration. Working closely with the marketing team, you will help ensure smooth execution of campaigns, launches, internal communications, and brand initiatives.

Your day to day will include
• Supporting the execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and NPD launches.
• Monitoring competitor activity and market trends.
• Tracking purchase orders, invoices, and marketing budgets.
• Coordinating internal brand communications and newsletters.
• Managing product sample requests, storage, and distribution.
• Coordinating product tasting sessions and collecting feedback.
• Supporting content creation and community management activities.
• Maintaining brand assets, files, and marketing documentation.
• Assisting with meetings, presentations, and team administration.

What you need to succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or brand support role.
• Internship experience will be considered for recent graduates.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proactive and reliable approach to work.
• Interest in brands, consumers, and marketing.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
