Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase event bookings and corporate partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and special-event segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle, from inquiry and proposal preparation to execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Coordinate with operations, food & beverage, marketing, and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Prepare budgets, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Represent the venue at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, event management, hospitality, or luxury tourism.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing successful events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
