💼 Your everyday work-life

• Contribute to the content and social media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives
• Support the development of content pillars, narratives, and formats across social media, blogs, and landing pages
• Help build and execute the integrated content calendar, ensuring consistency and timely delivery
• Act as a brand guardian across all content, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and messaging
• Translate brand and campaign strategies into clear, actionable content briefs and collaborate with creative teams on content production
• Create, edit, and publish engaging daily social content while supporting campaigns, activations, and community engagement initiatives
• Monitor content and social performance, derive insights, and continuously optimize content based on trends and business goals
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas for campaigns and content while staying on top of social and digital trends

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in marketing, communications or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in social media and/or content creation within a corporate or agency environment
• Knowledge and hands-on use of all major social media platforms
• Photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, TikTok, etc.) is considered a plus
• Experience in retail would be preferrable
• Fluency in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content across different channels
