We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative maritime systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead electrical engineering design across a wide range of products and systems with a primary focus on our Ballast Water Treatment Systems.


• Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and technical documentation


• Collaborate with mechanical, automation, and systems engineering teams for integrated solutions


• Ensure compliance with international standards and classification society regulations


• Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting in real-world marine environments


• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence


• Contribute to innovation projects, process improvements, and product upgrades

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in maritime, industrial, or automation sectors


• Strong knowledge of power systems, control circuits, and panel design


• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, MATLAB, or similar tools


• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills


• Fluent in English
