Evaluate and guide Generative AI outputs and help shape safer, smarter AI systems

We are looking for GenAI Farsi Content Experts who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens .

In this role, you will evaluate and guide Generative AI outputs to ensure policy compliance, safety, and high‑quality user experiences-while working in a supportive Trust & Safety environment.

What you'll do

• Review, classify, and develop creative Prompts GenAI systems using client tools and guidelines.


• Input high‑quality data and feedback to improve training, tuning, and evaluation.


• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.


• Please note that at times content may be sensitive

What you'll bring

• Farsi at excellent level (C1+) and solid English (B2+).


• 1-2 years' experience in content safety/moderation or customer support; GenAI familiarity is a plus.


• Critical thinking, objective decision‑making, excellent written communication, and cultural awareness.


• Solid team, and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision


• Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies


• Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
