The role

This role supports the efficient execution of Cabinets Operations and CD Excellence initiatives across the EMEE region. It provides operational, analytical, and coordination support across key pillars including customer service, 3PL management, procurement, reporting, and data management.

It plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, effective follow-up with third parties, and the timely delivery of insights to enable informed business decision-making.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Operational Coordination
    • Support the execution and follow-up of Cabinets Operations across EMEE, ensuring alignment with plans and timelines.
    • Maintain trackers, documentation, and assist in monitoring process performance.

  • Reporting & Data Accuracy
    • Collect, validate, and consolidate sell-out and operational data.
    • Ensure timely preparation and distribution of accurate reports and dashboards.
    • Maintain and update reporting tools and databases.

  • KPI Monitoring & Insights
    • Track and report key performance indicators across operations and sales.
    • Support analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • 3rd Party Support
    • Assist in monitoring performance of 3PLs, concessionaires, and suppliers.
    • Coordinate follow-ups and support issue resolution with external partners.

  • Procurement Assistance
    • Support procurement processes for cabinets, spare parts, and services.
    • Track orders, maintain supplier records, and ensure proper documentation.

  • Systems & Data Support
    • Assist in maintaining reporting systems and supporting data migrations.
    • Ensure data consistency and help resolve reporting/system issues.

  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify and support implementation of reporting automation and process improvements.
    • Contributes to standardization and efficiency of operational and reporting processes.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • A Master’s degree is considered a strong advantage
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, reporting, sales support, or supply chain roles
  • Exposure to data handling, reporting, and coordination activities is highly desirable
  • Fluency in both Greek and English

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Advanced Excel (mandatory); Power BI or similar tools are a plus
  • High Project Management skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
