Services Account Representative

We are looking for a temporary Services Account Representative (SAR) who will be the main customer contact for operational Services business matters – including, but not limited to, management of service contracts, service coordination and customer support.

This is a temporary role with 12 months duration.

What you will do

As a Services Account Representative you will:

• Work with orders and order coordination of relevant parts and materials


• Participate and coordinate service contract fulfilment and follow-up, Managing service scheduling conflicts and scope fulfilment and/or variations


• Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and rebuilding kits


• Lead customer enquiries to resolution; Responding and channelling it into the organisation as required


• Collaborate with key services stakeholders such as service administration team and planners team

We believe you have

• Fluency in both local language and English (both verbal & written)


• Excellent stakeholder management & task prioritization skills


• Strong productivity and continuous improvement focus


• Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset


• Advance Excel skills


• Experience in SAP and MS office


• Experience in an engineering or maintenance environment is a plus
