Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Staffing



  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies

  • Manage hiring processes, interviews, and onboarding

  • Coordinate workforce planning and staffing needs

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases


Employee Relations



  • Address employee concerns and workplace conflicts

  • Promote a positive work environment

  • Ensure employee engagement and satisfaction

  • Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance management


Performance Management



  • Develop appraisal systems and performance reviews

  • Support managers in employee evaluations

  • Identify training and development needs

  • Implement career development programs


Compensation & Benefits



  • Administer salary structures and employee benefits

  • Monitor payroll coordination

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking

  • Ensure benefits compliance and employee communication


Policy & Compliance



  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Maintain workplace safety standards

  • Prepare HR reports and audits


Training & Development



  • Organize employee training programs

  • Support leadership development initiatives

  • Monitor effectiveness of learning programs


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience in HR management or similar role

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Leadership and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
