Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage hiring processes, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate workforce planning and staffing needs
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and workplace conflicts
- Promote a positive work environment
- Ensure employee engagement and satisfaction
- Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance management
Performance Management
- Develop appraisal systems and performance reviews
- Support managers in employee evaluations
- Identify training and development needs
- Implement career development programs
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer salary structures and employee benefits
- Monitor payroll coordination
- Conduct compensation benchmarking
- Ensure benefits compliance and employee communication
Policy & Compliance
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain workplace safety standards
- Prepare HR reports and audits
Training & Development
- Organize employee training programs
- Support leadership development initiatives
- Monitor effectiveness of learning programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management or similar role
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
