HR Generalist

About the Role:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR Administration.



Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent would be considered an asset.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a HR role

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good knowledge of ERGANI and Greek labor legislation

  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.


Tasks:



  • Manage the overall recruitment process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing), negotiate competitive offers and implement local onboarding programs.

  • Develop new and innovative sourcing pipelines, partner with other stakeholders like universities/technical schools and participate in career events to increase candidate flow.

  • Oversee the student internship placement process

  • Use social media sites to promote employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates.

  • Manage employee documentation and HR administration processes

  • Handle ERGANI submissions and support compliance with labor legislation
