We are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B Supervisor on assisting the Beach Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants and bar outlets at the Evereden Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food & beverage operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction, with a hands-on and proactive approach to service excellence.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage and supervise the operations of the Beach Restaurand, Bar and sunbeds to ensure high standards of service.




  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team, promoting teamwork and a guest-first culture.




  • Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with resort and legal requirements.




  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance menu offerings and guest experiences.




  • Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring service recovery where necessary.




  • Ensure smooth coordination between outlets and other resort departments.




Qualifications:




  • Previous experience in a similar beach management role.




  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.




  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.




  • Knowledge of POS systems and F&B.




  • Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.




  • Knowledge in English.
