About the role...
We are currently seeking a Contract Management Officer (CMO) to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad.
What you will do...
- Handling all work orders/requests from our customers, making offers;
- Drawing up offers for specific contracts;
- Monitoring the smooth implementation of the orders until their completion;
- Handling all internal administrative tasks related to EU matters;
- Claims management;
- Maintain the contract library and our internal tool; collect and upload all documents (MOU/Agreements, Contracts, Invoices, etc.);
- Act as a communication node with the Account Manager, the consortium partners and the customer, relaying message and coordinating actions;
- Maintain the invoicing plan per specific contract;
- Order the invoice from Accounting and submit invoices to customers and consortium partners;
- Register partner invoices and relate them to customer purchase orders and invoices.
Technical skills required...
- At least 2 years of experience in CMO or related Administration functions;
- Academic background in Management, Business Administration or Finance.
