BIM Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager located in Athens. The BIM Manager will oversee and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multiple projects, ensure model integrity and accuracy, and collaborate with project teams to implement efficient work processes. The role includes performing BIM coordination, managing virtual design tasks, and facilitating collaboration between architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in implementing BIM processes across various project types
• Experience in BIM Coordination and Virtual Design for complex projects
• Strong background in Architecture and familiarity with MEP systems and integration
• Excellent team collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Greek and English
• Proficiency in relevant BIM software (preferably Revit)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Experience in managing projects of varying scales is desirable
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in BIM implementation
