Your main purpose

Manage design packages, collaborating with consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards and review design packages, technical drawings, and materials submitted by consultants and contractors

Manage and oversee the interior design concepts for all the hotels’ areas, rooms, front-of-house areas including facilities, retail spaces, dining venues, and guest service areas, ensuring alignment with the overall creative vision of our Group

Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, safety regulations (QHSE), and quality control through site inspections and conduct site inspections, monitor quality, and ensure all work adheres to local and international building codes, standards, and regulations

Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets and ensure design packages align with project schedules, budgets, quality and local standards

Collaborate with stakeholders and relevant authorities to ensure seamless integration of MEP within the overall design and identify potential design and installation issues and work proactively with contractors to resolve them

Provide engineering input for value engineering, resolve design issues, and create method statements for safe execution

What will you bring?

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required and minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction or building service

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) software for 3D modeling and clash detection

Good knowledge of applicable building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements and expertise in materials, finishes, and manufacturing techniques

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders/authorities

Background in construction or hospitality developments preferred and fluent English and Greek required
