Role Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Claims Technician to join our growing International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) team. The successful candidate will support the efficient handling and administration of medical insurance claims for international policyholders, ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer service.



Key responsibilities:



  • Process and assess medical insurance claims in line with policy terms and conditions.

  • Review medical documentation, invoices, and support records for completeness and accuracy.

  • Liaise with healthcare providers, brokers, clients, and internal departments regarding claim requirements and status updates.

  • Provide prompt and professional support to clients regarding coverage, claims, and administrative processes.

  • Ensure claims are handled within agreed service levels and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain accurate records and update claims systems accordingly.

  • Assist in identifying potential fraud, discrepancies, or escalated cases.

  • Support the claims team with administrative and operational tasks as required

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and international insurance regulations.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.


Required Skills & Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in insurance claims administration, ideally within Health Insurance or IPMI.

  • Excellent English command, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with insurance CRM systems.

  • Insurance Agent Certification is a plus.
