What you'll do
- Deliver outstanding customer support in German (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve customer enquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with a multicultural, international team
- Maintain high satisfaction and quality standards
- Native or near-native German (C1/C2)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Open to relocating to or working remotely from Greece
