B2B ASICS SPORTSTYLE CATEGORY MANAGER

We are looking for a strategic Sportstyle Category Manager to drive sales, develop and implement commercial strategies, and build strong client relationships. This person will also manage financial performance and become part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company goals and market demands.


• Αchieve revenue targets and market share growth.


• Present new collections at the company showroom to clients.


• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with our existing network of partners.


• Identify and attract new retail stores (B2B) across Greece.

• Monitor competitors and the latest trends in the footwear market


• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.


• At least 3 years of experience in B2B wholesale sales, ideally in the sport/fashion industry.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Good command of the English language and high ability in using PCs (ERP/CRM systems).


• Ability to travel for business and possession of a valid driver's license.


• Physical presence is required daily at the company's offices in Glyfada.
