About the Role
We are looking for a driven Regional Business Development Manager to own Snappi’s commercial presence across Northern Greece. Based in Ioannina, you will be the face of Snappi in the region — building relationships with local businesses, growing our B2B client base, and representing Snappi at community and professional events. This is a foundational, field-facing role with real ownership and direct impact.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development
- Acquire and onboard new business clients for Snappi’s B2B products
- Manage a regional pipeline and work towards clear revenue and activation targets.
- Collaborate with the central Sales and Product teams to tailor propositions to regional needs.
Community & Brand Presence
- Serve as the face of Snappi in Northern Greece, building brand awareness and credibility in the local business community.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, business associations, and Chambers of Commerce.
- Participate in local business events.
- Partner with the Marketing and PR team to organise local events for both customers and professionals.
Requirements
Required
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management — ideally in financial services or fintech.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
- Strong networking skills and an existing or buildable presence in the Northern Greece business community.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field role, with comfort for regular regional travel.
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
Preferred
- Familiarity with banking and/or embedded finance products.
- Existing connections with regional business networks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
