What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers of a world-renowned consumer brand
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Italian, providing top-tier service
- Solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Become a product expert through our paid training program
- Fluency in Italian (C2 level) – written and spoken
- Solid English (B2 level) to navigate training and internal tools
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Team spirit and a customer-first mindset
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
