We are seeking a professional Polish-speaking Content Moderator to join our international digital safety division at our state-of-the-art hub in Athens. In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital security, ensuring that one of the world's largest social media platforms remains a safe, positive, and authentic space for the Polish market. Key Responsibilities

• Content Integrity: Review and moderate user-generated content (videos, images, text, and audio) in Polish to ensure strict compliance with platform policies and community standards.
• Proactive Security: Identify and remove content involving hate speech, harassment, cyberbullying, or misinformation, acting with speed and precision.
• User Support: Address and resolve appeals from Polish-speaking users regarding account restrictions, privacy settings, and content removals with professional clarity.
• Policy Application: Stay updated on evolving global digital safety regulations and apply them consistently across all moderation tasks.
• Collaborative Safety: Work on-site alongside an international team of digital safety experts to flag emerging online trends and large-scale platform violations.
  
  

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level Polish and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
• Resilience: High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive or objective online content professionally.
• Location: Must be willing to work from our physical office in Athens (central location with excellent transit access and modern amenities).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions based on complex guidelines.
