Records & Scheduling: Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and completed tasks; create and manage preventive maintenance calendars.

Inventory & Procurement: Support the maintenance team in procuring tools, equipment, and materials; manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.

Request Management: Track maintenance requests, prioritize tasks according to urgency, and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and performance metrics; ensure all safety and compliance documentation is up to date.

Administrative Support: Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents; provide general administrative support including filing, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Proven experience in maintenance administration, facilities management, or hospitality operations.
  • An associate degree in administration or facilities management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work with technical and administrative teams.
  • Knowledge of safety, compliance, and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
