About Your Future Role

You will be part of the Operations team and report to the COO. This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and from the office. Your local team will be based in Greece.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Act as a focal point for all international payment Schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex, CUP), facilitating communication, collaboration, and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage mandates of all international payment Schemes, ensuring ongoing compliance, communicating these mandates internally, initiate & monitor the required changes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates on payment schemes mandates to develop and implement solutions that adhere to the mandates, monitor progress and address any challenges ensuring seamless operations.
  • Interact with vendors and external partners, managing relationships to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Perform operational activities with payment Schemes, implementing and overseeing necessary actions to maintain efficient operations.
  • Oversee project governance and execution of technical activities leading by involved teams towards timely and effective project delivery.
  • Develop internal policies and procedures that align with the mandates and guidelines of the international payment schemes.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in payments management is a plus.
  • Experience in payment schemes management, with a strong understanding of payment processing technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Experience working with payment service providers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong knowledge of Payment Schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex, CUP)
  • Excellent command of Greek & English language. Italian language knowledge would be considered a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
