Based on-site at our Piraeus hub, you will act as a B2B Sales Agent dedicated to connecting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the Spanish market with innovative cloud solutions. Your mission will be to proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, helping them transform their operations utilizing cutting-edge cloud infrastructure, databases, and machine learning tools.
What You Will Do:
- Proactively engage with prospective and existing SMB clients across the Spanish market via outbound phone calls and emails.
- Source, qualify, and nurture high-potential business leads to establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Deeply understand client infrastructure requirements to present effectively tailored cloud solutions, upgrades, and renewals.
- Educate key corporate decision-makers on the operational value, cost efficiency, and scalability of cloud products.
- Drive active lead generation targets, upselling initiatives, and long-term customer retention strategies.
- Native or C1-level proficiency in Spanish, paired with a certified C1 level in Business English.
- Holding a university Diploma or Bachelor's degree is required.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, customer service, account management, or business development is highly preferred.
- Foundational familiarity with CRM systems and a basic understanding of Cloud Services / digital ecosystems.
- Excellent PC knowledge, strong written business communication, and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Strong sense of personal accountability with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM (85% accuracy).
- Contract Structure: Stable 8-month contract offering highly valuable B2B tech sales experience with potential for extension.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Fixed daytime shifts from 09:00 to 19:00 with occasional weekend shifts).
- Onboarding: Benefit from an extensive 3-week comprehensive training program covering IT systems, Google Cloud architecture, and advanced sales frameworks, followed by a 1-week structured nesting period.
- Fixed Base Salary: 1,200 EUR gross/month.
- High-Earning Performance Bonus: Opportunity for a generous quarterly performance bonus, potentially reaching up to 200% of your gross salary based on target achievement.
- On-Site Commuter Perk: Receive a transportation allowance of up to 100 EUR per month (proportional to on-site working days post-training).
- Work Model: Strictly On-site in Athens (Hub location: TP Athens – Piraeus – PPP2). Please note relocation support is not included for this project.
