About The Role:

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work closely with a global team to identify, engage, and support candidates throughout the hiring journey. This fully remote position allows you to manage your own schedule and work from anywhere while contributing to international recruitment projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for international roles
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability according to client requirements
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
• Serve as the primary contact for candidates, offering guidance and clear communication
• Adjust sourcing strategies based on hiring demands and market trends
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience
• Previous freelance experience with strong time-management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a flexible, performance-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• EU citizenship or the ability to invoice as a freelancer within Europe
