As a Tech Hero you will be the face of the company for connectivity solutions, delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding customers in selecting the right Internet services.

What you'll do

• Advise retail store customers on technology solutions.


• Deliver personalized tech support and identify the best solutions based on each customer’s needs.


• Assist customers with the setup, use, and understanding of Vodafone’s products and services.


• Collaborate closely with your team, sharing expertise and providing guidance to achieve success together.


• Stay up to date on new products, tools, and market trends.
