We are currently looking for a Maintenance & Engineering Coordinator to join our Keratsini facility and support the development and execution of our maintenance systems and engineering processes.

The Role

This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants to build a career in industrial operations, maintenance, and engineering.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Maintenance Manager, supporting the planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of maintenance activities while gaining hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, engineering projects, reliability initiatives, and industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the plant’s preventive maintenance program.


• Coordinate maintenance planning activities, ensuring equipment records, schedules, and maintenance data are properly maintained within the CMMS system.


• Monitor spare parts inventory and support the procurement of technical materials and equipment.


• Analyze maintenance and operational data, preparing reports and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Participate in engineering and reliability projects aimed at improving equipment performance, efficiency, and plant operations.


• Support audits, inspections, and technical documentation requirements.


• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated engineer who combines analytical thinking with a hands-on approach and a strong willingness to learn.

Candidates should have:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.


• Up to 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, or industrial operations.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.


• Familiarity with AutoCAD will be considered an asset.


• Exposure to SAP, ERP, CMMS, or maintenance management systems will be considered an advantage.


• Good command of English, both written and spoken.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
