Intellectica is recruiting a Personal Assistant on behalf of its client, a global leader in construction chemicals, with a well-established presence in Greece and strong growth momentum. Based in Kryoneri, Attiki, and reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations, streamlining communications, and providing strategic administrative support in a high-responsibility environment.


Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:


  • Managing the CEO’s complex calendar, coordinating high-level meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments
  • Screening and prioritizing incoming communications (calls, emails, messages), ensuring timely and appropriate responses or redirection
  • Preparing executive briefings, presentations, and meeting materials; capturing accurate minutes and tracking follow-ups to support decision-making
  • Liaising with senior internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate strategic engagements and visits
  • Accompanying the CEO to selected events, ensuring flawless coordination and representation
  • Handling sensitive administrative tasks, including financial documentation, board materials, and confidential records
  • Supporting the execution of strategic initiatives by monitoring key deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder alignment
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and ambassador for the CEO’s office, welcoming visitors and maintaining a professional executive environment
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time


Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is considered an asset
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative roles, within a regulated corporate environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools is considered a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal)
