Head of Payments

We are a fast-growing international iGaming group operating across multiple regulated and offshore markets. As we continue to expand and develop our own platform ecosystem, payments remain one of the most critical functions of our business.

We are looking for a commercially minded Head of Payments who can take ownership of our global payments strategy, strengthen our PSP network, optimise performance across markets, and support the company’s next stage of growth.

• Define and execute the payments strategy across multiple brands, markets and licenses.
• Own relationships with PSPs, acquirers, payment gateways and alternative payment providers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, processing fees, rolling reserves, settlement terms and onboarding conditions.
• Continuously improve approval rates, conversion, payment acceptance and overall processing performance.
• Evaluate, onboard and manage new payment providers and payment methods across different GEOs.
• Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth and compliant payment flows.
• Monitor payment KPIs, chargebacks, fraud levels, reserves and processing costs.
• Support market expansion initiatives by identifying and implementing suitable payment solutions for new jurisdictions.
• Leverage your existing network within the payments ecosystem to accelerate partnerships and commercial opportunities.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Payments, including significant experience within the iGaming industry.
• Experience working directly for an iGaming operator, sportsbook, casino or gaming platform.
• Strong understanding of PSP management, acquiring, payment orchestration, settlements and reconciliation processes.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements with payment providers.
• Established network of PSPs, payment partners and industry contacts.
• Experience working across multiple international markets and licensing frameworks.
• Strong commercial mindset combined with operational execution.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and drive initiatives without constant supervision.
  
  

• Experience with payment orchestration platforms such as PaymentIQ, Praxis, Corefy or similar solutions.
• Experience with crypto payment solutions.
• Experience supporting both regulated and offshore markets.
  
  

This is not a payments operations or PSP account management role.

We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on iGaming payments experience who has managed PSP relationships, negotiated commercial agreements, and played an active role in shaping payments strategy within an operator environment.
