We combine a household name with a rich 30-year history and the start-up mentality of a fast-growing technology company. With a team of around 160 and growing, we are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to help shape our visual identity and elevate every touchpoint of the xe.gr experience.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Designer with strong conceptual thinking, visual execution, and a strategic mindset. This role is hands-on and will be responsible for designing across a wide range of formats — from marketing campaigns and social media videos to internal presentations and web assets. You’ll be part of the Marketing team, and work closely with Product, Sales, and UX/UI teams to bring the xe.gr brand to life in consistent, modern, and impactful ways.

This role will also help guide the future of our visual identity — potentially leading a brand refresh or rebranding initiative — and may involve mentorship or leadership of a small design team as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

Art Direction

• Develop and champion a strong, cohesive visual identity across all external/customer and internal touchpoints.
• Lead or co-lead the process for a potential brand refresh or rebranding, ensuring alignment with xe.gr’s mission, values, and growth goals.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and innovation in all creative assets.
• Communicate design intent clearly and provide rationale behind visual decisions.
• Work closely with cross functional teams.

Design Execution Across Formats

• Design creative assets for:

1. Social media (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) campaigns
2. Newsletters and email marketing
3. Display and banner ads
4. Internal and external presentations (Sales decks, e-guides, team updates/briefs, etc.)
5. Event collateral (flyers, signage, booths)
6. Light web design work (landing pages, microsites) as needed
7. Work on video concepts and motion graphics

Leadership & Growth

• Potentially mentor or lead junior designers or external freelancers.
• Contribute to the development of a high-performing, design-driven marketing culture.

Job requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere, or similar). Early adopter/experimenter of AI design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing multi-format design work (branding, digital campaigns, video, web, presentations, etc.)
• Strategic mindset with ability to take initiative, provide design direction, and balance creativity with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Experience with branding or rebranding projects is a strong plus.
• Leadership experience (formal or informal) is a plus.
