Qualifications



  • Previous work experience in similar position, of at least 4 years in a 4 – 5 star Hotel or high standards Restaurant

  • Degree in Hospitality / Institute of Culinary Arts

  • Good command of both English and Greek language is essential

  • Work under pressure

  • Strong sense of responsibility

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Organizes and supervises food preparation in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts

  • Maintains purchasing, receiving and food storage standards

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with pleasant personality

  • Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills

  • Leading by example

  • EFET Certificate


Responsibilities



  • Deliver focused service to the guests, provide all aspects of food preparation

  • Perform recipes and gather all necessary ingredients according to company guidelines and maintain HACCP procedures.

  • Delegate tasks to kitchen staff

  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist as needed

  • Monitor food stock and place orders

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

  • Ensure excellent response to guests needs

  • Attention to detail and quality of foods
