As an Exports Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing activities across alfa’s international markets. This is a hands-on, coordination-driven role with a strong international focus, contributing to the rollout of brand initiatives, the development of packaging and creative assets, and the preparation of alfa’s presence in international trade fairs.
Working closely with exports, R&D, and the wider marketing team, you will help ensure smooth execution, alignment, and consistency across markets.

As an Exports Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing activities across alfa’s international markets. This is a hands-on, coordination-driven role with a strong international focus, contributing to the rollout of brand initiatives, the development of packaging and creative assets, and the preparation of alfa’s presence in international trade fairs.
Working closely with exports, R&D, and the wider marketing team, you will help ensure smooth execution, alignment, and consistency across markets.
Your day to day will include
- Coordinating the development of packaging artworks for products entering international markets, from brief to final approval.
- Coordinating materials for international trade fair participation, including creative assets, stand visuals, product sheets, and digital collateral.
- Supporting the preparation and rollout of alfa’s presence in international exhibitions and export-related marketing activities.
- Working closely with the digital team to ensure up-to-date and consistent organic content across alfa’s international digital touchpoints.
- Liaising daily with the exports team on marketing operations, including packaging timelines, product information, market feedback, and trade fair preparation.
- Supporting the New Product Development (NPD) process in international markets, coordinating between exports, R&D, and project stakeholders.
- Tracking NPD timelines, following up on approvals, and ensuring alignment across all involved teams.
- Monitoring project progress across multiple workstreams and ensuring timely execution of marketing deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, brand, or marketing coordination role, ideally in FMCG.
- Exposure to packaging artwork development and collaboration with design agencies or studios.
- Experience in coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, even in a supporting role.
- Exposure to international or export markets will be considered an asset.
- Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- High attention to detail, especially in brand assets and packaging materials.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills with the ability to work independently.
