As a Sr. Marketing & Digital Finance Analyst, you will build and monitor financial budget and trends for advertising and promotion investments and collaborate with marketing teams by providing finance performance analysis for specific brands and new products launches.

You will…

  • Execute, report and follow up budget, financial trends and actuals finance results in line with Group’s standards, guidelines and deadlines.
  • Drive data quality & controls on your area of responsibility by leveraging financial systems usage (SAP, BOOST, COMPASS).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders by analyzing division customers/brands finance performance against T/B and/or forecast and propose actions to maintain budgetary objectives for advertising and promotion investment as well as new products finance evaluation.
  • Contribute actively to the transformation of Finance function, optimize processes, enhance efficiency and drive financial performance resulting in value creation for the organization.

You have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance required. MBA/ACCA or equivalent would be a plus.
  • Controlling experience of 3+ years.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail & perfect execution focused on problem-solving.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with strong emphasis on teamwork.
  • Strong computer skills (Advanced Excel a must) and agility in finance reporting tools (Compass, Magnitude, SAP, Contacts).
  • Ambition to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and matrix work environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Power BI would be considered a plus.
  • Fluency in professional English.
