The Order Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing E2E Order Management operations for the GR organization, ensuring high service performance, transactional excellence, and continuous process improvement.

The role leads daily execution, drives order quality and efficiency, acts as the primary escalation point for order-related issues, and develops team's capabilities through coaching, training, and structured performance management. The position also plays a key role in transformation initiatives, including the rollout and stabilization of ATP processes across 3PL partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide E2E overview of daily Order Management operations, ensuring accurate order processing in SAP, effective order cleansing, and compliance with defined processes and controls.
• Lead order quality and transactional efficiency re-engineering initiatives, delivering measurable improvements in OTIF, productivity and costs.
• Drive the ATP rollout and ongoing operational excellence across 3PL partners, ensuring system readiness, process alignment and stable execution.
• Own Order Management service and order accuracy performance, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement and contribution to meet annual service targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for order-related issues, coordinating timely resolution of delivery constraints, shortages and priorities in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams
• Lead, coach, and develop the Order Management Administrators team, building SAP/system expertise, process discipline, accountability and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ensure effective daily reporting and information sharing on Order Management performance, open orders, deliveries, and oos risks across all channels, enabling proactive decision-making.
• Initiate and lead process improvement and productivity initiatives, leveraging data, standardization and automation opportunities.
• Ensure close monitoring of W2M SKUs, including repacking readiness, on-time delivery and stock absorption, coordinating actions with relevant Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders.
• Enhance the current ordering process and ensure Service improvement initiatives via process redesign.
• Identify benchmarking processes across the region to uncover additional lift‑and‑shift opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree preferably within supply chain or business administration
• Previous experience in supply chain or order management
• Customer centric mindset
• Communication skills to interact with the various commercial functions, customers and Supply Chain functions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results and deadline orientated professional / Enhanced prioritization skills
• Excellent level of MS Office (particularly Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent understanding of SAP system
• Very good knowledge of English language
