About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our People, Talent & Organization team. In this role, you will manage payroll operations, ensure compliance with labor and social security regulations, and support employees and managers on payroll-related matters in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process accurately and on time
• Monitor attendance, shifts, overtime, and working time data
• Ensure the updating and maintaining the HR Information System data
• Ensure compliance with labor law, taxation, and social security requirements
• Support employees and managers on payroll, compensation, and benefits queries
• Acting as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits matters
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration and compensation management
• Strong knowledge of Greek labor law, payroll processes, taxation, and social security regulations
• Proven experience working with ERGANI and payroll & HR systems, preferably Epsilon HRM (Pylon)
• Experience in high-volume or multi-site payroll environments (retail or similar operations preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality and accountability
