Base Salary: 1.045,72€ gross per month

Performance Bonus: up to 250.00€, subject to target achievement.

  • Fully Paid Training: 10 days of expert-led, certified instruction.
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 00:00 - 23:00


Relocation Assistance (you choose):

  • €250 relocation support + real estate agency fee (for those relocating independently)

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat to Italian-speaking customers.
  • Assist with inquiries about products, services, warranties, and technical support.
  • Provide effective, professional, and efficient solutions.
  • Accurately document and manage customer interactions.
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, maintaining the prestige and values of a globally respected automotive company.


What We Offer You

  • Αfter the completion of 12 Months of cooperation with us, starting from your hiring date,a salary increase of 1100.00€ (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
  • After 3 years of employment, the gross salary increases to 1150.00€ (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
  • Night shift premium: +25% per hour

Equipment & Connectivity Support

What You Bring

  • Italian at C1 level (native or near-native proficiency).
  • English at B2 level (intermediate to upper-intermediate).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Good computer skills and adaptability to different tools and platforms.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already residing there (relocation fully supported).
