Mechanical Design Engineer

Work4u, on behalf of its client, a leading wholesale company in glass systems and building materials in Greece, is looking for a CAD Designer.

Responsibilities

• Study and design of technical glass projects using AutoCAD 2D
• Creation and editing of technical drawings for metal and glass constructions
• Collaboration with sales representatives and customers for technical clarifications
• Presentation of final drawings for customer approval
• Monitoring project progress from design stage through production
• Coordination with production departments to ensure proper implementation of constructions
• Management and archiving of technical drawings and studies

What you bring

• 3–5 years of professional experience in design/drafting using AutoCAD
• Previous experience in a company with related business activity will be considered a strong asset
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Knowledge of additional design software (Inventor, SolidWorks) will be considered an advantage
• Very good command of the English language
